Ah yes, now that is a much better pose, and the Osprey's stare takes it up a notch or two! Although the light is not as sweet as your previous post, the this image is many more times stronger. Nicely done here.

I really like the pose here, I would just add a bit more contrast to the black feathers and maybe a bit more sharpening to the feet and head.
