One of the prettiest and most colorful of the spring warblers, this guy looked like he was climbing a rocky crag. From Magee Marsh last May. I never posted this one, because of its several obvious defects, but I always liked it anyway and thought it fit the theme.
Bill a learning curve for me"because of its several obvious defects"cannot see a lot wrong maybe a bit picky but there are some bits on the lower breast between the legs and maybe the head angle could be a little better those tiny bits apart i would be very pleased with this cracking little bird.
Thanks Keith. As you guessed I was referring to the HA, and also to the large crop that somewhat compromised the IQ. But I still like it. I don't know what the "bits" are on the lower breast, but they seem to be part of the bird, so I left them.
