    Default FireFox 3 & Color Profile support

    Here's a bit of info as an FYI on FF3 and color profile support.
    Seems it takes about a 10%+ performance hit

    Axel I haven't installed v3 yet....have it downloaded though.
    Not sure if I will use the plugin or edit the about:config file.....gonna wait and see what feedback comes about in next week or so

    Whenever I'm uncertain about colors, I switch to Safari. I might give the add-on a try, though.

    ok, I installed firefox 3 and did the about:config edits and it works super.
    sRGB and Adobe RGB now appear exactly alike.

    sRGB Police is happy :) :)

    I installed the add-on and it works well, too. The nice thing about FF3 is that you can disable an add-on without uninstalling it. Images in Safari and FF3 look more or less identical now.

    I could not ever get the add on to install, kept getting a download error of some kind.....I see others have had same error, so I am lost on that one

    I read about that. I have a Mac, could it be a Windows issue?

    thanks so much Chris.....dropped it in the extensions folder and it installed instantly.
