    It's a fine shot I can see some excellent detail in the plumage. I feel there is even more to be had if you lift the darker plumage, I have tried on your jpeg and it helps, if you go back to the raw I am sure you will get excellent results.

    lovely image, great composition catching the full face in mid preening motion. Its just me, but I might center the bird a bit more. Great capture
