I like the wings up pose very much. Details on the bird and under the wing especially look very nice. Bird works nicely against the background and those rocks.
I would have preferred that the bird be facing the other way and not be looking into the face of the rock. Also I find the shadows a little too harsh on this bird. Image also seems too dull to me. I know we have gone back and forth on this a bit, but in strong sun with those kinds of shadows, the image should be brighter and more vibrant.
Hi Jon, very nice pose from the Dunlin. Nice feather detail, perch and BG. I agree with Issac, and I would also like to see the image brighter. I also see that your brightest whites are on the 239/240 mark.
