Great interaction and behavior image. The intruder seems a bit intimidated. :) I wish for a slightly lower angle if that is possible.

I like it as presented Rod! I'd like it even more if you posted at the 800 pixel limit! :)

Doug that brings up a problem I've been having, When I make the photo 800 pix I have to compress it down to around 4 or 5 to meet the less than 150KB rule. How do you get a photo to 800 pix and still meet the 150 rule. It works ok if there isn't much detail in the photo. Thanks for your help on the issue. Rod

My apologies for not seeing your question Rod. First of all, the size limit is 200KB, not 150KB. I don't typically have a problem compressing my files. My work flow goes something like this. I edit the RAW file in Lightroom and then export to PS. I save the edited PSD file, and then I resave it as a full-sized JPG file (usually 1.5- 2.5MB). If I crop, say 4x6, I use 300 ppi. When I save for the web, I convert the PSD to 8 bit color, and then I convert to the sRGB color space. Then I resize the image to 800 pixels on the long side. I select 'Save As' and choose JPG. I don't use the 'Save for Web' option. The vast majority of my images will be 200KB in 9-11 quality range. Feel free to PM me if you have additional questions.

Thanks Rod. That's what I figgered. However, -3 full stops would work if you are doing flash as main light which is always a possiblity with a Barn Swallow nest...

I love the pattern of the four birds, the interaction of the bickering birds, and the bottom bird looking up. The eye of the bottom bird could use some work...
