    nice BG and good details, the light was harsh and I wish the far wing was raised up higher

    Thanks Arash, indeed the light was midday harsh but such was my timing on the trip. There was a bridge on the walkway that allowed for eye level photography as the birds flew by. I was wishing I had a tripod, this was handheld.

    Roger, you did well handheld, you do not always need a tripod. I agree with Arash, but I would also add that the flying subject is rather central in the frame - you could re-crop to have less space behind and more in front for it to "fly into". You did relatively well with the harsh light.
