    Not crazy about the crop, but with the branches were they are it was hard to come up with another crop were the branches didnt look out of place.

    i acually like the crop, lance!! love the high key here also. beautiful bird!! never seen one before. looks great!!

    Stunning bird. Would like to see this against a different colour background rather than white. To me it looks slightly odd with the branches just disappearing like that. I'm not a big fan of borders but in this instance, maybe that would help?

    Being a big fan of high key images I like it Lance !!! Might do a very slight narrow line to border the image for reference !!!

    Excellent exposure and well executed !!! I think its always good to go with what is available. Making this as a conventional image would not have worked as well !!!

    I have no experience with high key images, but seeing this one compels me to try to make some.

    I like the image of the bird and I like the pose. Sorry but the sky being lost against the rest of the screen is competely lost on me. I just may have to face it I am just no artist!

    I like it a lot!!!! And I really like that the BG is actually white, agree with Alfred on a bit of a frame to define the image borders
