Merlin
Im pretty sure this is a merlin when i first saw it i thought it was some type of hawk. It is a Pretty small bird so i was not sure at the time. Image adjustments in Lightroom small crop. A couple small branches removed that were right next to the bird.

Hi John, Nice looking merlin. I'd be inclined to try a slightly tighter crop on the bird as I feel the perch is dominating the image somewhat. TFS
Merlin for sure. I think the bird is too small in the frame. Also agree with Alex that the perch is too big and dominates the bird.
