    love the image perhaps lifting some shadow on bird on left? otherwise gorgeous image deserves
    to be on a wall

    A very nice image of the courtship of these beautiful grebes. The low angle is nice, the water and background colours are very nice. I don't like the placement of the blue background band right through the birds' heads though. Also the harsh vertical shadow line going down the right side bird is taking away from the image. Playing with the shadow lifting as Stuart has already mentioned may be of some help.

    Beautiful image, and the repost helps. The only thing that detracts for me is the sharp vertical shadow line.

    Beautiful image, but as mentioned the shadow vertical line takes away from it a bit. I think if you select the shadow area and pull down the saturation so is not blue and just white shadow, it may help the image a bit, worth a try.
