    Hi Stuart, I like the light, mouth open, and spread back wings. The hint of claw above the back wing is cool and I like the cloud in the bottom left corner. It looks like the bird has just passed you or is slightly turned away from you. As an aside -- how do you find the 300 pf versus the 200-500 if you've used that?

    both lenses rock may need alignment on 300 mm but zoom gives you freedom
    to change distance rapidly if I had to choose one over other I would choose the zoom however 300 mm really light to carry both do good Job

    Lovely look at the wings and a nice down stroke. Pity he'd just passed you but still a very nice shot.

    Stuart, that looks so prehistoric… amazing.
    Nice feather detail, mouth open and BG, too bad it has already passed.

    I really like the landing pose and the background. Very nice wing position as well. I do think the bird could use a little more sharpening to really set it off.
