    A hearty congratulations, Jonathan. I know the excitement you must have felt. This is a beautiful capture under soft light, and fine detail. Like the perch with lichen and such a smooth complimentary BG.

    Jon don't worry about the light this looks smashing!nice and simple with a nice bg the bird itself looks spot on to me,really enjoying these garden shots.

    Gorgeous John simplicity wonderfully executed.Great garden posts of late john very inspiring noting the perches great work!!

    An occassional visitor here never really caught. I share your enthusiasm for them
