    I took this image this afternoon at my local lake in Miami Lakes Florida with the handheld Nikon D500 (crop sensor) and AF-S Nikkor 200-500mm 1-5.6E ED VR.

    NOT an easy bird to capture in flight, and you did a great job getting this one sharp and I like that down wing position. I would rather not have seen the bird with the BG cutting through it's body so to speak, but I think this is a fine image.
