Shot a few days ago at Assateague National Seashore. It was early but overcast with calm winds. This is 0 crop and a bit of canvas added left side and bottom. Basic edit in LR. M Mode, 1/800, f6.3, auto ISO - 1800, +0.7 ev, 1.4III + 500 f4 E FL, D500. cc

The pose, colors and details all look great but the subject is to tight in the frame IMO. If you loosen it a bit it will give you a better looking overall scene with the reflection. Well captured

Thanks for the input David. I don't usually shoot the standard Heron image but I liked this one with the calm unlimited bg and I agree it is tight. I should have taken off the 1.4III extender but did not have the lens caps with me. Here it is with more canvas added all around.
