One of my favorite hummingbirds, taken on an overcast morning hiking around in the Anza Borrego desert a few years ago.

    Thanks for looking.

Well done Tim, the colours throughout the frame look real good. The pose and HA look nice. The tip of the bill draws my attention as it is slightly OOF. Lovely detail around the chest and head area. I like the 'tangled' look of the perch, including the OOF.

    Very nice

Wow, the colors on this bird are stunning. Love the details and the BG too. Wish the perch wasn't so cluttered but that's what nature hands you! Nice one Tim

Hi Tim, beautiful little hummer. Gorgeous colors wonderfully displayed. The bill is a tad soft. If mine I would take the image into Photoshop and zoom up to the pixel level and clone out the fuzzy pixels that make the bill appear soft. Sometimes it works to improve sharpness if only slightly soft. Thank you for sharing.

Really cool and unique gorget color and you captured it beautifully Tim. I also like the tangled look of the perch. Well done as always my friend. :-)
