First image of the new year from my favorite little stretch of beach near my house.
Canon 6D, 16-35 f/4IS at 16mm, a two image blend foreground at 20s at f/10, sky 2.5a at f/10, iso 400, manual mode, evaluative metered, hand blended and finished with my usual processing using luminosity mask.

Happy New Year Don.. This is quite beautifully composed and executed. I especially love the sky.. My only comment is the sea at 20 second exposure is without a lot of detail/life. I have no suggestions other than maybe to try and fade some of the sea detail from the 2.5 second exposure into the FG although at 4 stops its likely its too dark to use...

Hi Don, great image to kick off the new year...I really like this one as presented as I am a big fan of very long exposures along lakeshores and seashores...great work as usual!
Don that represents a little bit of magic for me - composition colours and crop shape really impress me.
A beauty indeed!
