    This bg on this is a road at the bottom w/dead grass next to it, then greener grass as it moved away from the road.

    Greg, great perch, BG and HA, just a little hot in the throat, if you can tone that down a bit it will be better,
    also remove the leaf sticking into the frame on the bottom left. If your PS skills are good I would remove
    the part of the branch going in front of his tail too.

    Thanks Tim. I'm currently only using LR5 to process my pictures but I did remove the leaf after I posted this one. My histogram showed very little highlighting in the throat but it did look too white to me. I decided not to change it just to see if it was my monitor.

    Greg nice shot . Like the background really compliments the bird and like the way the beak is open.
