    Default Baby Ridgway's Rail

These birds were all the rage at the wetlands a few years ago because of the first documented sighting and breeding.
Now they are a fairly common site, and when your lucky you might get to see some of the little ones.

    Thanks for looking.

Head angle and your handling of the BLACKs is spot on. Where? What the heck is a Ridgway's Rail?

Ah, a split from Clapper Rail. Not the correct spelling: No "e."

Awesome shot. I like the sharp eye and the feather details.
