    This beautiful lady resides with her brothers and sisters at Pine Crest Gardens. She was painted with a Nikon D200, using a Nikkor 105mm f/2.8 D macro.
    focal length @ 105mm / exposure mode @ aperture priority / matrix metering / 1/640sec. - f/4.5 /
    exposure comp @ +0.3 / ISO @ 800 / white balance @ cloudy / AF Mode @ AF - manual / color mode @ sRGB / tone comp @ 0 degrees / hue adjustment @ +2 degrees / saturation factor @ +1 degree /
    no speedlight / tripod assist / back light by natural sun light /

    Excellent light play Gus !!! I think a uniform dark green bg would be more complementing

    I like the cropping and how the stalk misses the corner, might want to give it a tad more on the right? Excellent !!!

    nice shrimp plant!!! like the back light, would add just a bit to the right side. great job!! how much of a crop is this gus? just curious cause i know you were using the 150 macro and was wondering how big yoiu can get it in the frame.

    Mr. Al...and Mr. Harold...this is full frame with just a thin slice off the bottom. I am trying to fully compose in camera before I take the shot since I'm using the tripod. I was using my Nikkor 105mm macro Mr. Harold...this is a 1:1 ratio...:cool: Thanks for the comments, I appreciate it...:)
