John, nice HA and BG, image looks a little on the dark side and I wish the perch was more natural instead of the sharp cutoff.

Agreed a little dark and the stump lets it down. At this time of the year I am always looking for stumps and perches , I look for old boughs that are partly rotten, stamp on them to ensure I get a broken end, then I have a smaller piece I can easily carry home to create a natural looking set up. The only trouble is Barney (my dog ) sometimes gets hold of the bough and it inevitably ends up smaller than I intended!

All good stuff. Perch hunting can be fun. Look for something a bit smaller that has some character. And place it in front of a cleaner BKGR. Welcome and thanks for your membership support.
