    Hi all , a quick posting for this month theme before time flies ....
    Image taken in Grytviken on South Georgia Island , the only settlement on the island .
    While walking along the " towns" edge i stumbled over the Seals.

    Canon EOS 1D MK III
    EF 24-105 IS L at 28 mm
    HH

    F 11 ; Iso 160 ; 1/200 sec

    Processed with C1 and PS CC 2017; cropped for comp from all sides .

    Hi Andreas - This is a very pleasant scene. Nice handling of the exp of the whites. Colors look good. My only suggestion is one that can't be corrected now. I wish the seal at the bottom of the frame was a little bit more to the right to be off-center and then you would also have seals across the image.

    This image is a delight to look at !! So different from the African scenes I am used to seeing. I agree that the whites are spot on and the seals pose obviously adds so much

    Andreas love this cold looking scene ,the Seal with the red open mouth adds loads of interest,different and I like it a lot.

    A very nice scene Andreas and seal with mouth agape is an added bonus...do agree with Rachel that the seal would be better positioned more to the right within the composition, however, this image does work as presented too.
