I took this yesterday morning on Assateague Island. It was early and foggy so not much usable light. Minimal pp. Crop, basic adjust and removed a small branch. Could not decide on the lower left branch so I left it? Bean bag, 1/500, f6.3, auto ISO-900, +1.3 ev, 700mm, 1.4III + 500mm, D500. cc

John I very much like your finished image which is really pleasing and considering the conditions you describe you have done exceptionally well, just my personal take but I would like to see it without the branch of the left side.

I liked it before John but this improves it in my eyes.

I like the RP a lot better, too. Especially without the vignette.

I like the RP without that left side branch. Personally I'd remove the vertical component of the extra right side branch also. Great image and nice details....

Thank you for the feedback it is much appreciated. The vignette was a mistake and I removed it here along with the small twig bottom right.

I should have scrolled down before I worked on my repost . IAC, the detail on the bird and the processing is lovely.

ps: the vignetting is usually best dealt with during the RAW conversion.
