Arun I feel this is a little bright and perhaps lacking contrast. Is the bird's eye sharp at 100% if so I would perhaps sharpen the head a tad more. The shutter speed and aperture should have given pretty good results, it just looks a little less than crisp to me.

Thanks for your comment Jonathan...I too fell lack of sharpness...I am going to take my lens for calibration
