    Jon if the conditions you have got are the same as this side you have done very well with this,difficult with dof with the bird head on but the bits that need to be sharp really are,nice natural perch and that's a super bg you have got,I like this.

    Although I love your work, this one is a challenge for me. The pose and the perch aren't ideal. The DOF falls away on both the bird and the perch very fast and has left most everything OOF. I do like the fact that the head is sharp and It looks good on images that are concentrating on the head. If all the perch on the left were gone it would be much nicer. Well done
