    Default Northern Harrier #2

Here's another frame of the Northern Harrier from two days ago. I've tried to limit the contrast, and open up the shadows on the face, per the helpful comments on the previous post. Background is a distant stand of trees.

I know how hard it is to get close to one of these birds in the north east so job well done. Everything about this looks great to me. Love the pose and the bird against the beautiful gray background. I wonder if you have room to maybe brighten a bit more? Don't know if that would introduce too much noise.

Good idea, Isaac. Here it is with a considerable brightening.

I prefer the OP Bill, the highlights in the re-work look a little hot to me... the overall light looks more natural to me in the OP. Cool IF, well done.

In between the two would be about right. Nice pose, HA and BG. Well done Bill. You are getting pretty good at this. You need to come out to So Cal sometime for some Harrier heaven

I agree that in between the 2 would be best. Looks like your camera allows some decent adjustments without introducing too much noise. Looks like a field trip is in order for us Bill. So Cal here we come

Thanks everyone. I'll go back and split the difference. Sounds like a plan, Isaac.
