    Hello folks
i want to share some images from my recent trip to Helgoland to photograph the Grey seals during their pupping season .Main goals have been the pups and fighting bulls , well with the pups i was more then successful . Every year the numbers of pups are increasing !!!!!!
With the bulls ... another story , i found many times bloody patches on the beach and bulls with signs of having had a fight , but a real tough fight i just saw once .
Nevertheless it was a great trip from the sightings POV , weather was not on my side , dark grey skies and drizzle of rain for about a week .
But at least i enjoyed staying their with my friends the Grey Seals .

I present the pups from just new born to already started moulting.
Hope you like my little sequence .

    Cheers Andreas

Oh my Andreas, they are adorable!

What a lovely surprise, I am loving this

Superb PP work, stunning colours and detail as well as framing. Wow, are you going to share those in the Wildlife Forum too? I hope so.

Thank you so much Boetie, hope you have a wonderful week-end,

Delightful series. I think I like the first one best b/c that pup looks like a drowned rat...although the image of it swimming is lots of fun as well.
