    Hello A question maybe, yet made by others: I'll buy a prolung tubes for macro (nikon). If a put the tube on ny 300 f4 what happen? bad result? or not too bad? Valerio

    The Kenko tubes do have contacts and give good results.
    They have a build quality nowhere close to Nikon's. The Kenko tend to fall apart.

    Depending on the body, some Nikon's will matrix meter without contacts.
    I use Nikon tubes for the above reasons.
