Snows flying out at Bombay Hook NWR. Canon 5DIV Canon 24-105. ISO1250,f8@ 1/800sec,WB set to 8300. Converted in DPP small sliver taken on the left and resized in PS. Thanks for looking and any input.

Nice sky color and I love the reflections of the birds in the impoundment. If it were mine I would lose the black blob in the water just right of center...

Artie agree on taking out that spot. I cleaned a couple of cut off birds on the edges of the frame but missed that.

I liked the composition with the birds in a radial pattern. May I ask what was the focal length? Also did you use HDR here?

Nikhil it was shot with the canon 24-105 at 26mm. No HDR I'm not even sure how you would use it on flying birds. I had set my WB to 8300 in camera for a warmer feel. The MKIV also the best dynamic ranges of any Canon camera ever built and that certainly contributed to what you see here.
