Default Grey Seal on the move

Hello folks i keep going on with my series of images from Helgoland , covering the Seals
This large male was running towards another male , that was somewhere behind me . Completely ignoring my presence .... honestly one has to be careful when staying down low on the beach . Sitting or lying was the best choice for the low POV shots .... but potentially dangerous , as the bulls could ran over you .
And they come fast !!!!!! In some cases i was surrounded by 3 or 4 of them , and you cannot see all at the same time and you do not know when they start to run after each other for either chasing or fighting the other ones . But i got away without being harmed by one of them .

Thanks for watching and commenting to my previous posting

Sounds like SUCH FUN !!!!! Love the colours and once again amazed at the IQ at that ISO. Image really gives a good idea of these creatures and their personalities - love that !

Terrific stuff Andreas -- Great low POV, Looks huge ! 25,600 is even better than your 20K seal or am I getting a bit to exited on seeing this wonderful Seal image . I might crop slightly from the RHS for a better balance , just my opinion .

    TFS !

Hi Andreas - Missed this one. I very much like the pose and low shooting angle. Comp works well and IQ looks good at this size.

Thanks Andrew, Basil , Haseeb and Rachel for your comments , as always much appreciated .
Haseeb - i would no go tighter on RHS as then i would clip the virtual fin , and i want to avoid that .
    Thanks again , Andreas

    The 'Barrel'... more like

You need to think about dusting down that printer and start to see what they are like when printed Andreas, that's the best test as you know. You have a nice series of images and you are slowly seeing the difference in the upgrade, any with D+, drop me a line.

Thanks Steve .....but what does that mean ... The 'Barrel'... more like ?
Sorry do not understand that .
    Yep the dust is there

You are for right regarding the real test of a file is the print.

Will drop you a line on Monday .... tomorrow is too busy with work ( Zoo is calling ) and family business.

    Cheers Andreas
