Another frame from Perris with Davi Salem last month . Have taken note of over sharpening in the last contribution and hope this is about right. lightened the shadow bit as well.
I like the way you have caught this cracking looking bird against that nice bg,must admit it still looks a bit over sharpened to me.Will be interested to see what others think.

You caught this guy beautifully with the nice wings up pose and the great look at the legs and talons. Beautiful BG too.
I would back off of the sharpening just a hare as this one was pretty sharp to begin with I believe. Looks pretty close right now though. Also recomposing with a bit more canvas on top would be better. I would also isolate the bird and then run some NR on the BG to remove the texture.
Besides that, a killer frame!!

I agree with everything above. Beautiful pose and excellent capture. It can definitely benefit from a bit less sharpening. In addition to a little more canvas at the top, I'd also reduce the canvas a small amount on the left and extend it by that much on the right for a more balanced composition. But these are all minor compared to the beauty of this frame.
