    Hi All,

I took this image at Oquirrh Lake, Utah today. Thanks to the lady whom I met while walking on the trail. She mentioned there were lots of canvasbacks in the lake. I was set up to shoot them, but found this Common Golden Eye.

Nicely exposed image good details thought light and dark plumage. My only suggestion would be to make the duck a little less central.

    Hi Jonathan,

Thank you for the comments. I was also thinking of adding canvas to the right and kind of make a pano. I will post that one soon.

Hi Krishna, well exposed on the head, as the light brings out the green sheen very well. Whites look good too. Comp wise, I would take about a third off the bottom.

Thank you Stu for the feedback. I have multiple other shots. I will try to process them keeping these in mind.
