This was taken on the blackpoint wildlife drive on merrit island. I spent 2 days there and the sky was heavy overcast both days which makes for a great white background.

Stuart, I really like the high key background and the position of the Ibis. I would like o see a little more space around the bird. I don't mind not seeing the eye directly as the Ibis is very focused.
I'm always amazed how much color these birds have; one often thinks of them as essentially black. Well captured flight pose, good colors, great turn of the head. I wouldn't mind a 1px border.
