This was taken at a local marina within the last month. Added a little canvas up top and in front of the gull. All C&Cs are welcome and appreciated.

Heartiest Congratulation for your 6k post Jim,!!!
    and
Excellent flight shot to represent it. Love the full up wing position, great details in whites and the way he pops up against beautiful blues.

    Regards,
    satish.

    Jim:

    Congrats on the 6K post.

Nicely exposed, full up wings, slight angle towards us showing both wings good.

    Flattering bg.

    Cheers

Hi Jim, big congrats on your 6K milestone, keep up your dedicated participation. You certainly nailed a great wing position, sharp, and well exposed too. I do like the whites of the Gull against the blue water BG. Well captured.

Congrats on all those posts. I've got a long way to go. I like the wing position and water very much. Sharp and well exposed as well. Only problem for me is that there seems to be a pretty clear lighter blue line that is vertical which I am guessing is where you added canvas. Is that natural or needs to be blended in a bit more?

There is something about a white bird over blue water. Just a nice all around capture. Well exposed and in focus.

Congratulations on 6K, Jim! This is a fine image to commemorate it. A pretty little gull that I have never gotten a decent shot of. Nice light, upwing position, and water color.

Congrats on the milestone Jim and congrats on a nice in-flight shot of this Gull. I love shooting these guys. Kind of like a hybrid between a Gull and a Tern. Look forward to many more. TFS
