Joe:

The apparent eye contact of the fish to the bird really adds here. Exposure well handled in this high key situation.

I might consider just the tiniest sliver more room at top, but like the basic comp.

The steep shooting angle is noticeable, but not a problem.

I like the matching curves of the fish and bird.
