    Another from my hide on the loch side. Most of my images will be from the hide with my lens on the tripod, as I have an injury to my left arm, which is restricting me from using the camera hand held. hopefully I will recover soon.

    Will hope your arm soon gets better but does not look to have had an adverse effect on this cracking kingfisher image,bird,bg,and colour all look very good to me,lovely clarity.

    Hi Will - I hope you have a speedy recovery. Excellent HA, detail and sharpness. It really pops against the bg. Nicely done. Only thing I might do is back off on the sharpening in the tail area slightly.

    Beautiful bird, nicely shown. So much more colorful than the Kingfishers here. Nice background complimenting the bird, good perch with a good angle. Thank you for sharing, Will.

    Hi Will, love the intense fishing pose staring straight down the line of the perch. Colours and sharpness spot on, and the little guy really stands out against the BG.
