    Default Enjoying the rays...

Thought I would accompany Dale with his 'Winterscapes' images.

This guy was just crossing some of the pack ice, I guess always on the hunt for a seal, but as he began to get closer to us he suddenly stopped, stiffed the air and then just stood, basking in the strong light of the day. Like us, facing into the sun he just closed his eyes and chilled in it's warmth.

Hi Steve - There's a nice depth to the image with the pb in the fg but plenty of ice and then the layers behind the subject. Excellent detail in the fur and snow. Well done.

Hi Steve -- The expression on the Bears face says it all, such a pleasing image. Excellent details and lovely feel of the habitat . Must have been a real joy to watch these creatures in the wild .

Just about as good as it gets Steve, I can't think of any criticism whatsoever, details colours composition and the expression are optimal.
