well there you go again, amazing me with your awesome bird variety, wow look at the colors! great action with its prey! maybe brighten the shadows in the face, and brighten up the eye a bit more?

Satish agree with Michael's comment, not sure about the colours but never having seen this bird don't think I maybe am in a position the critique that part of the image,do think a bit of work on the eye would make all the difference, very well done getting this.

What a colorful bird, striking. The prey/frog adds much to the image. If mine I would try opening the shadow on the eye slightly. Thank you for sharing, Satish.

Michael, Keith and Joseph, Thank you all for your feed back and kind compliments.
My personal observation about this kingfisher is that their eyes don't look good in bright lights, since they are very big.
Any how I have lighten the eye ,let me know your opinion.

Fabulous colors, great prey, nice perch and comp (wish the one leaf wasn't broken). Brightening the face did help; also the eye, which might be just a tad overdone. In any case, great bird and nice image.

Hi Satish understand what you are saying about the eye when I look at the repost, perhaps somewhere between the two.
