Default European Sea - Eagle with prey

The difference to it`s american relation bold-eagle is the grey/brown head and neck of our european version.
the tail-feathers are also white, when these raptors become adult; so this one is a young (-er) sea-eagle. the size is nearly similar.

hope you like this one catched his prey, with other wing position.

I suppose that we also call them White-tailed Sea Eagles

tough guys on the block that no-one will mess with, apart from maybe the Golden Eagle

Brilliant in flight shot and the water splashes show the action

well done to get this shot

A great profile shot, Eric and the water splash just adds a sense of timing to the capture.

The shoot is very ok ..and dinamic.
The only problem, for me, is the cutted reflection also if you no had space to stay more up at shootimg time. In this situation I like more space up and nothing relection

I saw this when you posted your last shot Eric, and nearly suggested you show this one. Great flight pose and the trailing water droplets really help. Nice work.

Excellent shot Eric, it has everything going foe it, light, nice prey, sharp and a good angle my only wish was fully raised wings

This one is awesome. Lots of great action and I really like the pose and the good look at the fish. Beautiful details and the light angle is perfect. The splashing water adds to the sense of speed and movement. Very well done!
