    A close up of a Sanderling from late September.

    Canon 7dii and Canon 500 f4 ii + 1.4x iii. F8, ISO 400, SS 1/1600. Tripod mounted while lying in sand

    Converted in DPP 4. Auto White Balance. In PS I cropped, did some eye work, adjusted contrast, saturation, highlights, shadows, sharpened and applied noise reduction to background.

    Great shot. IQ, exposure, focus and feather detail all working on this one.

    Excellent portrait Isaac, you and Dan Cad seem to be doing a good job in proving all the 7d2 haters out there wrong!

    Great detail throughout, nicely processed, I just wish the bird was a little higher in frame.
