    Default White rhino slihouette.

A pair of white rhino contently graze as the sun begins to set on another day somewhere in Northern Kenya.

Nikon D5 80-400 AF-S 1/800s f/4.8 ISO1250@ 98mm. Lying flat on the ground for optimal POV, slight crop to top of sky, curves, levels, TK adj's in ACR & PSCC '15.

    Cheers

Hi Marc -- A unique perspective , with lovely details in the sky . The silhouettes appear nicely against the backdrop , wish it were more in sync ( either both heads down , or both raised ) but not a deal breaker. Something different though and works for me .

    TFS !

Me too Haseeb , after nearly an hour on the ground hoping for synchronicity, this was the extent of their cooperation on this evening.

Hi Marc - I like the small in frame silhouettes against the sunset sky. I think you could bring out more detail in the clouds and sky with LCE if you were so inclined. Nice to have the low grass and clear fg to the subjects.

    Rachel

Another of those frames that I feel viewing on a screen doesn't really do it justice - a large print would be required to really see it in its full glory.

I love the low perspective and the framing of the rhinos, particularly as they are away from the subset area of the frame which adds to the depth of the shot.

    Excellent work Marc.

Hi Marc, a unique frame no doubt. Small in the frame is hard because it is more like a landscape picture where everything needs to be right. The rhino silhouette is beautiful whether they are synchronizing or not. The sky is dramatic. The only thing I would wish for is more details in the lower left of the sky. Loi

Love this frame, mate! Very well executed!
I might try and brighten the sky a tad?
