    Hi Satish,
    Good bird for the theme.
    The IQ is not up to your usual standard. The blacks look noisy and faded. At ISO 400, there really should not be any noise. Did you have to raise the exposure for the image? That could explain my observations.
    Nice BG and perch size is appropriate for the bird.
    The head needs a bit more sharpening,

    Hi Satish, nice shot, great pose, good feather detail, good job on the eye it really stands out, I also see a bit of noise on the body but more so on his tail feathers, still really good job with the rest.
