Super sharp image Ratish, like the way bird is framed by the leaves and the plain background.
Also like the feather detail and staring red eye, looks like it was taken in very bright sunlight.

You did well going for a vertical here. Neat perch and the two leaves certainly add some interest. With the subject seemingly higher than you, having the top of the head tilted a bit down towards you would have helped with that. I know subjects don't always cooperate though! That red eye certainly is a stunner.
