    Default White-faced heron

    Hi all,
I think this is the first post of this speciemn in BPN : the White-faced heron.
The image was created on a rock platform at low tide. The BG is the sea with a few waves. This is the only moment (and also the only place) for me to approach and follow this specie that close. The sunset light was a bonus that time to capture this creature with his dinner...

Neat capture with a sunset dinner. I only wish the back of the bird were as well illuminated as the front.

I like the nice BG and the breakfast is a big addition. Nice low angle, too.

Great light, setting and action. It could go a bit brighter for my taste.

Wonderful bird and a good job with the exposure. As almost always, I would have preferred a better light angle here with the sun behind you at least a bit more. Thanks for sharing what for me is a new species.

Great capture of this guy with the sea in the background and the crab in its mouth.

    Great capture Sar!

I also wish for a slightly better angle of light, but that's not always possible of course.
