Nicely done but for the head angle. (See the Head Angle Police thread in Eudcational Resources). With the bird's head turned away from you, the head is in shadow.I do like the alert posture.

Good pose with the exception of the head angle as Artie mentioned. I'm with Alfred about the -2/3 EV here. I might give the bird a bit more room in the frame too. Thanks for posting!
