Image was created yesterday morning. Basic editing. Cropped for composition. Eye lighten. Small branch from the lower left of perch and big branch infront of perch which was separate, is removed and applied Blur to that area only.
ISO: 1600, 1/400 @9.0. patterning metering. Canon 7D II, 100-400 mm.

Satish I like the robin very much - excellent details focus looks to be spot on.
The area you refer to is apparent, it maybe a good idea to use the patch tool to disguise the circular nature of any cloning.
Hi Satish, love proud pose from the Robin, and you have captured the finer plumage detail nicely. Lovely eye, and I like how the colours of the BG compliment the Robin. I would still try and blend away the lighter circle just below the tail.
I like the rounded pose here. Good feather detail. OK perch, but I do wish the subject had perched on this side of it. I'm feeling that the blacks could be darkened. Would you have been able to move to your left to get a fully white BG?
Feather details look nice to me. Very cool bird and a great pose. I think the image is flat and could benefit with some more contrast or bringing the mid tones up. Also could benefit from some noise reduction to the background. Agree that it would be better if the bird was on our side of the perch. Also you have enough smooth textures in the background that you can clone with that you should be able to cover make the branch disappear seamlessly.

On second look Satish I was concentrating on the original clone and neglected the rest of the image.
To avoid cloning the bird it may have been a good idea to select the bird and create a mask.

I think the bird looks better, but the cloning is worse. There are a bunch of obvious circles running all the way to the left edge of the screen and those have not been fixed. Also on the repost you have some very odd look cloning artifacts just to the right of the bird and the exposed toes that was not in the OP. Hope you don't mind but I did a quick edit on this. I used the tones above and to the birds back to work off of and cloned out the those circles. Then I used the tones at the edge of where the light meets the dark to get rid of the artifacts near the foot. Then I lowered the exposure of the background and the contrast as well and applied noise reduction to the background. Last I used Detail Extractor to bring out a bit more of the bird. Of course this work is much better done on a TIFF but just to give you an idea or what I think you could do.

( I am Biologist and not a computer man, so it is not easy for me to do all these things)
No problem at all. What program did you use to process this? It seems whatever clone tool you are using needs more of a feather so the results are not so harsh. In Photoshop this took me maybe 2 minutes. Just picked the smoothest area to clone from. Did a small clone. Then expanded it a few times until the whole area was smooth. If you have not done so it would probably greatly benefit you to buy Atrie and Arash's guides. Or others like them that are out there should you prefer. I am certainly not great at PS but have most of the basics down pretty well. Still I keep telling myself that I should pick up those guides. I'm sure there is much to learn in there. Thing is we spend thousands on out gear and so much time in the field. If the pics are not processed properly then we are doing ourselves a disservice.
