Next week on my way to Toledo I will be passing near the above location and I noticed several posts of birds from that location. Since time is a factor I was wondering if someone was familiar enough with this location to give me an idea of a location within the park to begin photographing that may be somewhat of a hot spot. Thanks in advance for your help. Jim
Hi James. I was there 2 1/2 weeks ago and we had a few very good days with migating songbirds along the boardwalk through the forest. But, I think that you may be a little late for migration. You may find some nesting species though. The forest boardwalk is in a very open understory beneath very big trees. I had no opportunities at any wading birds in the area. You may have some opps. in the area of the visitor center. The photo is a merge of 3 images and is of the entrance to the forest boardwalk
