Lovely shot of the sparrow - good details and pleasant pose. The background is pleasant and non intrusive.
I feel three things would help improve and image taken under similar circumstance:
    1) A more interesting and possibly finer perch (maybe some mosses or lichens or interesting bark)
    2) The camera could be slightly higher or alternatively the subject slightly lower.
    3) I feel the sparrow is just a little large in the frame - this is just me - other people may well disagree.

Nice proud-looking pose form this good -looking gal! I like the details. I agree with Jon's pointers.

Jonathan, Daniel Sir and Will, Thank you so much for your feed back and kind compliments.
Jonathan, I tried today with different perches but sparrow sits only on certain perches only.

    Regards,
    Satish.

Hi Satish, lovely pose, you have really brought out the feather detail so well. Sparrow's have such lovely colours, even the females.

    Hi Satish,
Great looking sparrow with nice details and BG. I also think that it would be better if the camera was a little higher or the subject a little lower – standing at the eye level of the subject.
    Thanks for sharing,
    Kalin
