    One of these days I'm going to tire of these gerberas...but not quite yet! :D

    Canon 40D, EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM
    f/3.2 @ 1/80th; ISO 200
    Eval Meter / AWB / Early Evening sun - side lit

    Processed in Camera Raw. Added an ethereal glow action and blurred the beautiful bokeh to give it a more "painted" feel.

    Gorgeous flower. This really has the feel of a Monet (at least to me). I like the way you played with the lighting.

    When you produce images that gorgeous, I hope you never tire! If I had taken it, I'd hang it on a wall where everyone coming to my house couldn't help but see it!

    Man, you are good at this stuff. Your images grab the veiwer's eye and hold them. Love the soft light, the colors, and the mood.
