Default Kingfisher - Look Back Pose

This is another image from my hide on the loch side. The Kingfisher is showing everyday now, so hopefully it becomes a feeding place for them. I liked the pose he gave me here.

Will I like the pose, BG and perch but I'm seeing way more noise then I would expect from a 1DX at ISO2000. Was it a heavy crop maybe?

Maybe a couple of processing issues with the noise and the perch looks a bit funky (NR?) but the actual pose is superb and the BG compliments the shot well. I like it Will

I like the look back pose, composition and BG. I agree with the noise on the KF comments. Nice image Will.

Thanks for the critique and comments, much appreciated. Yes Joe it was a fair sized crop, I maybe should have applied some NR on the bird. Hi Mike there was a branch between me and the target, and it blurred the bottom half of the image a wee bit. I probably tried too much to fix it.

    Thanks again.

    Will
