Default Belted KF, first frame with the 5D MK IV

My first frame with the 5D MK IV. it is a significant upgrade over the 5D3 in every aspect and it complements my 1DX2 nicely. stay tuned for a full review!

too bad about the shadows on the face but I like the topside view

Killer angle heck of a first frame!

I'm sure the focus speed with the 2x extender was down but if it was usable on a kingfisher I assume it would work even better for larger in frame Eagles as they fish?

    Hi Joe,

I got really lucky with this frame. In general the AF at f/8 with 5D4 is much better than the 5D3 which IMO was useless for BIF. However it is still much slower than the 1DX2/1DX and I am not sure it is suitable for all conditions, I need to try it out more to form a better opinion.

Yes nice wing spread. I have a 1DX2 on order to replace my 5D3, where would you use the 5D4 and not the 1DX2?
